Our Louvered Door are designed and tested for up to 120 minutes fire rating, covering stability, integrity and insulation criteria with appropriate fire-rated infill materials. Testing is carried out in NABL-approved laboratories in line with IS 3614 : 2021 & ISO 3008 Part-I.
The typical shutter thickness is 46 mm with 1.0 / 1.2 mm skin-pass electro-galvanized steel sheets and internal stiffeners. Frames are manufactured from 1.20 mm / 1.60 mm galvanized steel with single or double rebate profiles, complete with hinge reinforcement and mounting provisions.
Yes. We offer an optional 2-hour fire-rated vision panel using toughened clear glass, designed and tested to withstand the same fire exposure as the door leaf. This is especially useful in staircases, corridors and areas requiring visibility and supervision.
